What this program is
Ignite Systems sends transactional SMS alerts to the owners and staff of its contracted business clients. When a visitor submits an estimate request on a client's website, the client receives a text with the lead's name, phone number, city and a short description so they can respond quickly.
How consent is given
Recipients are Ignite Systems' own business clients. A client opts in by adding a phone number to the Lead Notifications panel of their dashboard, which states: "By adding a number you agree to receive SMS lead alerts at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with lead volume. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Numbers are only added by the client or at the client's explicit request.
Frequency
Varies with the client's lead volume, typically a few messages per week to a few per day.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message, or remove the number from the Lead Notifications panel. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Numbers enrolled in this program are used only to deliver these alerts. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
