Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Ignite Systems to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time, including any data we received from Facebook or Instagram.

Remove our access to Facebook or Instagram

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find Ignite Systems and select Remove.
3. For Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Ignite Systems.

Removing access stops all new data collection immediately.

Request deletion of stored data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the business name or Facebook Page involved. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, then email you a confirmation. Data we must keep for legal or billing reasons is retained only as long as required.
